Thanks neutron for uploading the copy of judgement. After reading it its clear that rpsc would be foolish to appeal in db !! Even of it does it doesn't stand a chance. Petitioners should have also asked for 45 days time from the court which they didn't do !! It is solely at the discretion of rpsc to grant time to obc candidates !! Chairmans attitude looks like it won't grant time !!
Have you read SC comment on page no 7, second para,it reads,the state is highly handicapped in its administration. Now see what this government has done for last 5 years.they have ruined lakhs of aspirants career.

16 days r left and rpsc has neither declared revised result/notification to that effect in compliace to hc order NOR filed review appeal before db!!! ... akhir chahta kya h or thr is any other well thought out plan to execute???.
