    Next question.....
The Himalayas are highly prone to landslides. Discuss the causes.

    1-groundwater seepage-most imp reason
2-seismic waves-due to north eastern thrusting in the east n south western thrusting in the west
    3-deforestation-recent landlsides in garhwal region
4-heavy downpur-uttarakhand floods and subsequent landslides
5-leaching in kaverst regions ,many peaks made of limestone in himalays
6-sudsidence of sedimentary beds in shiwaliks .
groundwater sepage kaha pada tha bhai isko most imp. kyu likh diya
mera ek optional GEOLOGY hai ,hahaha :D
maine kyu nhai padha thoda explain karo bhai
bhai short me batata hun,aap samajh jaoge, uske reason hai frictional force kam hote jata hai due to lubrication, sabse jyada landlslides is liye ground water seepage se hote hain.
hmm wo to hai landslide main paani aaye ga lubrication hogi to hi hoga ....
aapne yeh himalyan region k liye padha tha ya gen. likha tha ?
himalayan me bhi aur general me bhi bhai.earthqukes to kabhi kabhi atey hain jiske wwajah se landslides hote hain aur news me dikhate hain ki rashta jaam ho gaya and all,par udhar bahut resgions me regularly atey rahte hain jo humein news me nahi dikhate hain.
  • Mein ne kaafi emotional cheeze likhi hai case study mein. Like in the old women without id
"What is the purpose of my job if i cant use my discretion to help the needy who require me the most"
bole to "dhikkar hai aisi naukri pe .. main laat maarta hun isse abhi ke abhi .. gets up and leaves the exam hall to a round of applause !"
  • Yaar aap logon ke detailed answer dekh ke sochta hun ki Dabi Jee ne pakka para mein is se kafi ghatiya answer likhe honge, covering just 3-4 points (but with sundar handwriting) .. Fir bhi phod diya .. saare GS papers mein

nahi yaar. woh school mein, aur college mei bhi top ki hai. kuch toh hoga uskay baare mei special. aur yay bhi toh socho ki woh agar general hoti aur itne marks laati toh sab waah waahi karte...par just because she is category toh uski safalta usay nahi dee jaa rahi hai.
Humne uske vision ke saare booklet dekhe hain sir .. approach mains mein change nahi karta (vs. test series)
toh kya kehte ho uske visions ke booklets ke baare mein?
Yahi ki her answers are smooth as butter .. covers 3-4 points, but the flow is very good .. very easy to read for the examiner .. almost a story
Exactly.... hum bhi yehi karne ka koshish kiye hai... matkab random numerous points ki jagah ek flow wala answer... lekin koshish hee kee hai... utna buttery shayad na hua ho

  • my innovative approach in DV wala case study-
1.i cannot educate provsions of DV act to my senior as being a eductade public official he might be already knowing about it.
2.cannot educate n empower the women in short duration as it will take time and till then a crime against women will went on to being committed.nor any confrontational issue shall resolve it.as after divorce the lady being unducated wont be able to liead a sustainable lifestyle -socio ecnmoic angle of single ladies in society i gave.

i will arrange a weekend drama on weekende for my office employees as refreshment.the theme shall be on women empowerment and plot shall be -a senior manager of reputed firm used to mal treat his wife and how his neighbours heard of cries and complained to police and finally he lost respect among office employyess and society.law took its own course and society took its own course by disrepscting him ---imposition of societal code of ethical conduct against domestic violence.hence law and ethics both will play repsctive roles.

i narrated this plot to drama artists beforehand and they performed accordingly-if it was successful in instilling fear of law of land and changing his ways in alignment with soietal ethics-then well n good.if his acts dont stop immediately i shall complain to the police as a crime cannt be tolerated even for short duration.

isme aur jo unka option diya tha report to authorities main kya farak hai.... koi alag approach likhni thi behaviour change ki

    1. As the boss called me to his home, he is investing in a personal relationship.
    2. My response would be to hone this personal relationship over a period of time so as to gain his trust.
    3. Once he considers me a trustworthy person, then I will open the conversation regarding his wife. Gradually I would suggest him to visit a psychologist for couple counselling :expressionless:
sahi hai iske drawbacks aur advantages likhe they wo b bato...fir answer complete hoga
