@Chomuphilosopher thats what i m saying..total share of unreserved category(including those sc st and obc who cleared general cutoff) should be 50% but here only 30% and for obc only their share is 37%..do they decide the cutoff first and then select candidates or they select the required candidates then according to that cutoff is selected.i think the later one should be followed but here it seems opposite.

Nahi yaar..pehela 50% is filled according to score irrespective of category...uske baad rest 50% for category...to har exam me 50% se kam hi hote hain general category effectively
@Chomuphilosopher i know that..and here effectively general candidates are only 7% here irrespective of categpry only 30% are filled and then acc to category obc is given 37% share and total effective obc candidates are more than 50%. U see it urself..thats why i m confused how they decided the cutoff and all
