  • So, before this 100% DA revision, the gross salary for all probationers at LBSNAA after completing one month of their FC was ₹40,250. As far as I know, there isn't any TA or HRA for them during FC. Please check on this as well? Thanks much, in advance.
  • Why we won't get TA n HRA in probationary period? Pardon me for my ignorance in Gr A cadre. I m in gr B cadre in a govt office n i get everything as a probationer
Allowances are supposed to take care of your expenses towards a particular item. Naturally, when you are staying at LBSNAA and all travel is paid by the training authority, there is no reason for payment of TA or HRA. In fact, if you could see the accounts of LBSNAA, you will find expenses related to lodging of trainees and a correspondingly equal amount of revenue received from the payroll department, which is nothing but your HRA (actuals). Similarly for TA. These are salary basics.

This obviously is only true till your travel/housing is taken care of. Once it becomes your headache, you get the allowance. Simple.

Guys the training starts from 1st Sep to 12 Dec and the mains exam starts from 14th dec. Is it possible that FC Exemption may not be give this time as the mains dates dont clash with that of FC?? Any guesses??
  • Regarding Paycheque of probationers, i interacted with some IRS OTs during the medicals. They said that they get INR 35000 in hand after all deductions. The major deductions being Mess charges 7000, Pension contribution 4000, Lodging etc.

APMK the mess charges are the same in LBSNAA, SVPNPA, & NACEN (i.e about INR 7000/month). So i think most of the OTs across Group A services (IAS, IPS, IFS, IRS etc.) would be getting INR 35000 in hand after all deductions.
  • whenever we will be on tour like visit of some places or something else then we will get TA.Railways mein IES vale probationers ko bhi tour pe TA milta hai
  • bhai log when can we expect the FC exemption policy for this year...shouldnt it be before the service is allocated?? Will putting RTI to DOPT in this regard be fruitful??
  • Hello guys,

I am working in a private sector, per my company policy ,it releives a person after 3 months period of resignation.

My last working day is 10th of september FC starts from 1st,however my HR is very adamant on releasing me.

Though I will try to connect to her manager but apart from that any ideas what can be done?

Higher managers should probably be able to talk some sense into your HR. Anyways, I think the worst they can do is cut the pro-rated amount from your final settlement, for the number of days you left earlier than your notice period policy requires.
You may want to ask him that.
  • How to actually apply for exemption? Anybody? :-??
  • @vandu_20 I think it can be done by simply clicking a button in the CSE portal, after they activate our login page.
