The other day/night thread has been unnecessarily sunk by a mod of yours and therefore this thread is created.

If you want to close this thread, then kindly "reason out" before closing. I repeat, dont close this without proper reasoning, I respect the forum rules and will accept whatever you say, but please "Reason out" before any action.

Other mods, Dont supersede your seniors and close it until root/etat reply on this matter. I will happily accept whatever decision they take as they are the seniormost moderators here.

Agree with @aamjet . In the past, moderators have participated in chit chats. They should not sink threads, simply because people are not interacting as per their wishes.

Those with pub ad optional, would understand the importance of informal channels of communication in any organization. They hold as much importance as the formal ones.

As far as contributing to forum is concerned, you get paid for what you do. We increase forum revenue by participating on the forum, what more do u need?
