How to Stay awake for long hours and remain productive? Any tips which r tried and tested.

How to remain in wakeful state yet productive for long hours, any tips which are healthy and unhealthy and are tested please share them.thank you

  • Modafinil tablets. Not much side effects but consult your doctor/expert before taking them. Note don't take them in the evening as it will ruin your night sleep. Take it in the morning after the breakfast as it's a appetite suppressor. Don't drink coffee after taking it. Make sure you have taken adequate sleep before taking them. Use these only for short term use like 20-30 days or so.

    tried..its effectivity decreases and productivity too

    Please don't take this. I have tried it for 15-20 days. The result is it gives feel good and relaxing your mind. But it makes you only Awaken, can not increase productivity.. it lowers memory functioning.
  • Caffeine and live serious aspirants company with whom you can compete.

    Anything else will be counterproductive in the long run
  • Please don't look for external stimulants. Bound to have negative effects.

    Push yourself, it'll become a habit in no time. 10 productive hours over 5-6 days a week is enough.

  • Yoga
    virabhadrasana crane position etc they they help you increase your concentration and be energetic for long.. at least +2 hours you can extend with better efficiency
