A question on PWBD reservation

As per the RPWD act, now reservation has been given in the following categories in exams including UPSC
(a) blindness and low vision; (b) deaf and hard of hearing; (c) locomotor disability including cerebral palsy, leprosy cured, dwarfism, acid attack victims and muscular dystrophy; (d) autism, intellectual disability, specific learning disability and mental illness; and (e) multiple disabilities from amongst persons under clauses (a) to (d) including deaf-blindness.

So my question is that is there any reservation for a dyslexic as it comes under D ( the same as mental illness, autism, intellectual disability etc) given that the person has benchmark ( above forty percent) disability? If yes what is the age limit and number of attempts in each category? please anyone enlighten me,
Thank you so much for your time.
