Obsessive and irrelevant thoughts

Hello guys from last few days m not able to concentrate in my studies. While studying or not studying ....m not able to control my mind it keeps indulging in irrelevant thoughts ......like I always keep counting hours/mins m wasting ......more often m busy in planning rather than studying ......how to get rid of this .....please someone help

    Try to read slowly and continuously for hours
    It will improve your concentration level :smile:
  • Please more inputs
  • Go and sit in a library. Just don’t take books, phone etc with you. Go and sit there for a few hours for a few days. After that start taking books with you. Pehle kuch dinon ke khali bathe rehne ke boredom ke baad jab books dikhega, automatically concentration ban jayega.

    If there is no library around you then try finding a place where you compulsively sit for a few hours without getting disturbed by phone or friend or books.

Aur fir focused raho saath Mai koi backup bhi dekhte raho ...

    Taane sun ne ke baad extreme level ki frustration hoti hai .I know ..but nothing is permanent ..sab time ke saath 1-2 ghnte mai gaayab lekin usske liye apnaa poora din kharaab naa karo .khud pe bharosha rakho ...Jo taane maar Raha ..bahi to abhi basic needs to vahi poori Kar rahe ... Aur pyaar bhi sabse jyaada baad Mai vahi karenge

    Thora sirf present time abhi ko naa sochkar ..apni capability pe bharosha rakho ki main taane bhi sun lunga aur padhai bhi Kar lunga .... bass khud ko sambhaalo ..unhe bhi achha lagega apnaa kaam achhe se karoge to vo bhi optimist ho jaayenge tumhaare sincerity ko dekh Kar

    Bhai bahut Dil se likha hai cment .. shayad samjh aaye tumhe ...

  • Agar padhte time yeh Mann mein aa raha ki 2 din baad kya padhunga toh plan bana lo next ek week ka ki daily kitne hours kya padhna hai aur kaun se topics padhne hain. Isse 2 din baad wala khayal nahin aayega kyunki already fixed rahega schedule ke 2 din baad kya padhna hai.

    Iske baad bhi aisa khayal aa raha toh filhal jo padh rahe usko na padho. Usually mind tab distract hota hai jab jo cheez padh rahe ho usme interest nahin banta hai. Toh koi interesting cheez padho jo tumhe achha lage. Kuch din padho achhi achhi cheezein, novels, magazines, fav subjects, non fiction, mastram ke kisse ya jo bhi tumhe pasand ho. Uske baad study resume karna.

    Is sab ke beech woh library wala idea bhi follow karna. Jaake udhar khali baitho. Just sit there for 2-3 hours without doing anything. Chalao udhar jitna dimag chalana hai. Jo sochna hai socho. Let your mind wander. Karo kuch din aisa. Phir book leke jana start karo.

    Running and meditation always helps. Esp running toh karo hi karo. But haan agar na ho paye toh padhte time faltu uski tension bhi mat lene lagna ke running aur meditation nahin ho pa raha..

    Bhai thode upar wale advices bhi padh liya hota. Mana ke free wale salah ki value nahin hoti but jab muh khol ke maang rahe toh usko padhna aur uspe amal karna aapka farz banta hai.. :neutral:
