Study Buddy at Jabalpur?

Hey, a little about me -
I am an iit grad working at Jabalpur. Though I want to prepare for upsc seriously but won't leave job. Mine is an 11am-8pm kind of job with an hour and a half for lunch.

I know that I can prepare for upsc by self study but every evening after a whole day of job, I am not able to put the efforts required. I get easily distracted and start relaxing, then watching you tube and all the studies get doomed.

Maybe a study buddy - not the one I have to study with - but someone who could keep tabs on my course completion and check me when I try to go astray, could help?

Otherwise, kindly suggest how to manage this situation.

Kindly pardon me if the above post seems juvenile.
