How to cover PIB ?

Guys I didn't found any monthly compilation of PIB. How to effectively cover PIB as there are lots of irrelevant news on pub ?

Comments

  • Ministry wise, you will have to go through articles and filter news. No other easy way.
Can't trust compilations. They either miss out important info or make it bulky with irrelevant info.

  • no need if u are reading regular newspaper , yojana, kurukshetra, epw. Thats enough PIB has nothing special in it.

if u want than gs score covers PIB well in there weekly analyst magazine

    Second comes Ias baba

who told u, those question which u searched and found on PIB website doesnt mean that is excusively available on PIB. Its a press note which directly from the ministry website and these are the ones which u found in varuous newspaper like hindu, TH, indian express So just chill it will be easlity avaialbe on coaching magazine too if u have serously revised it

  • PIB padhne ka soch bhi kaise lete ho yaar tum log..its so overwhelming.

and even if padh bhi lo, lagaana guess hi hai prelim mein agar kuchh aisa aa gaya toh. Yahan toh laxmikaant se question direct aa jaaye to uspe bhi logon ko guess maarna padta hai, i remember my case when a question came on rajy sabha (related to state list i guess)

  • now a days student are inclined towards current affairs leaving static portion at stake or least revision mode. this will only create problem. Atleast u should spend 60% of your time on static each day and 40% on current affairs.

Yr ek newspaper aur vision monthly is enough. Current affairs ka portion 30% bhi nahi hota. Static portion is the king in prelims. Insights make their ca with daily releases quite bulky. Reading is not a problem but memorising, revising and retaining it for long is a big lroblem. If you manage it then ok. But then dont do vision.

The problem is the perception created by some aspirants about PIB that last year maximum questions came from it in prelims...

+1. I never exclusively referred to PIB. It's a place to go if you need authentic info on some government program. That's it.

  • Hum BC 8 state psc bhar rakhe hai yahan ek newspaper complete nahi hota 3 din mein aur yeh cahle PIB padne. mahine mein 10 din esa hoga ki sirf 10 news ayegi PIB mein lekin 15 din ese hoengay ki har ministry ki 5-10 news arahi hai matlab 150 ke kareeb tum khud socho wo PIB padne laga to main kuch nahi kar paunga na static na current,
