    I don't think mgp syllabus covers current affairs part. The tests are solely based on static topics.

    A paper comprises both Static and Current Affairs. This is not something to be mentioned. Paper 2 and 3 are always current oriented. Even a static question that is asked in paper 2 and paper 3 or social issues section of paper 1 gains its relevance from what is in the news.

    MGP sectional or FLTs will and always have current topics in it.

    Federalism though a Static question can be asked since 15th FC ToR and all issues related to it are in news.

    Hope this clarifies the issue.

    Reference sojrces will be mailed to you if you join mgp sources via email or msgs. I dont think they will put ut in public. However you can see mgp 2018 brochure. There they have mentioned sources.

    Check the image it's mentioned that sources will be uploaded on their site 15 June onwards.
