Different Age Criteria For State Govt Job Candidates Based On Domicile Status Unconstitutional: MPHC

I would like to know is this order going to affect MP-PSC notification in future? Do you think that the State Government of MP will remove age relaxation for those who are resident of MP OR will they increase age limit for outsiders?

Thanks

P.S. I am already 32 (General) and ineligible for UPSC. I have domicile of MP and I am preparing for it.

  • Both MP, CG should be dragged to court, also they give high weightage to interview marks which isn't fair and goes against ARC recommendations..they deliberately use it to target outsiders..
