How much time does it takes to renew the caste certificate? How long the process is?

I have issued my caste certificate last year but didn't renew it yet. Hence, I can't fill UPSC form until I get it renewed.

  • Can't fill? Is it written that you need to fill up the form with the latest certificate?
  • @Mulberry yes.. They demand certificate code which needs to be filled in the form.

    If it's obc, just write the certificate number/date. Latest can be submitted when you fill up daf or during interview.

    cast certificate validity is 3 year..maine 2016 ka cast certificate no. diya..and Ussi pe non creamy layer ka statement bhi hai..so 3 year ke bad chahiye new..check ncbc website..
  • My certificate was issued in 2014 ,can I use that date now while applying for exam ? and can i apply for new certificate later ?
  • Apply with whatever u have at the time of mains they may ask u new one if needed.
