RRB NTPC Job,Should I join as an ASM/SM?

I have been selected as an ASM (it is Station Master now) in RRB Ahmedabad.
I am preparing for Civil services,I have written 2 UPSC and One state civil service exam (Reached interview)
This May I will become 5 year old into my preparation.
Now I am in great dilemma whether I should join the Job of SM in RRB Ahmedabad or not.
I really want to do UPSC/RPSC and I have fairly good belief that I can crack state pcs at least if not UPSC.
Though my maths speed(Not Maths) is poor, thus not able to prepare for SSC CGL/Bank po (Though right now I have revised 146.5 marks in CGL Tier 1 too)
I know I will not be able to study at all in that job ! Besides,in the initial 2 years they will rub me a lot.
Though I am mentally exhausted but all my friends have been selected in state pcs and only I am left alone (Due to my own mistakes)
I want Civil services but beggars can not be choosers actually.I am in a great dilemma. What should I do ?
Its so frustrating.

Join the job and take either EOL/medical leave and prepare for UPSC.
