But without the ans key, the ground for petition would not be strong.....

    True
all i need is You Lord
  • Victory? I suppose there was already a "informal" mechanism in place to make representation.. One of the reasons last case in SC was dismissed was that the petitioner had not made a representation to UPSC, whereas many others had (UPSC replied to them that there was no ambiguity in question). This notification doesn't mention that UPSC will be giving a detailed reply. In a way, here UPSC is just limiting the time frame to make a representation!

And how do u know what was the exact time frame in previous years? Most of the students didn't even know anything about the representation process, atleast there's some clarity now..7 days is enough
Boond boond se hi sagar bharta hai. These guys deserve a pat on the back because whether u admit or not, they have set the wheels in motion

last year for the engendered essay there was representation and even before this mechanism had existed.. its there in the commission charter and functions.. go thru my previous comment for ur confusions on exact time frame --

In fact, through this notification, UPSC again abdicated its responsibility from two sides-
    1)they enforced a time-limit of 7 days, whereas in 2017 representations were acceptable till 1 month i.e.July 25th
(this will only weaken the student's cause because lesser students will now be able to send representations.. This years
case can be taken as example.. In July only ppl obtained correct answers.. this seven days should be at least 15 days)
2)secondly not entertaining written petitions is another abdication of responsibility

Have they anywhere mentioned that they will also respond publicly to ISSUES/QNS raised by aspirants??
Have they given any time-limit within which they will clear such doubts or will release ANSWER KEYS???
Have they talked on releasing candidates OMR like SSC in one month??
ANSWER TO ALL THREE ABOVE IS ABSOLUTE NO.. IF U V WEAK/VAGUE MIND, READ MY 3 QNS AGAIN B4 U SPEAK.

  • There are other cases going on in the lower courts on the same issue??? For 2017 prelims??

  • lol , funny people here

People who carried out the protest got nothing.. it's only beneficial for people with attempts
