yrr @pizza, kitna straightforward paper tha...mast hai yr...you just boosted my confidence regarding my decision to pick this subject up as an optional...
hardly 10% hee i could feel as relevant to dynamic....but even that could be answered from static knowledge nicely...
Sahi hai pizza,, is baar to i hope i will find ur name under the rank of top ten itself... :) :) :)

Na Na  my assessment says I will be just on the borderline, this way or that way. But won't think much about it. Time to work super hard now.
dont worry pizza,,,work for interview now..

Pizza thoda slow Chl raha h kaam but going on. I have to cover GS newspaper writing besides my 4 hr work. :/ :/
DNA processes completed. Ab mje evolution padhna hai. Biomolecules I have read ncert, now I will go for satyanarayan once I complete evolution. I have got my arumugam for it as u suggested.
Have read animal behaviour once. Ecology also done pretty much except 2 3 topics from shukla.
Biostatistics and instrumentation ka abhi kuch nai padha.
Chordates non-chordates bhi not started. However got my kotpal for invertebrates.
Animal physiology: not worried abt it much, have basic understanding to look for it later. Developmental biology: will have to go for gilberts now.
Pizza, I am working to cover it by mid-jan. Is it possible??

Thats awesome. You have covered so much of it.
Yes, its very much possible by mid jan. Making notes and consistent revision is very critical for this subject, i realized it when things got cluttered in the end.

We shall keep revising topics every day on this thread. It will help us stay in touch with the syllabus, i will come up with a plan and share it, then you all can make necessary amends and we will be good to go. :)

Exactly!! Not a single instance in last 39 years have they deviated from syllabus. Each and every time it was direct from the books. Syllabus is really short if one has revised it well.

Not just selection but to get AIR 1.

thanks a lot @pizza... i was going to request for it...
    how was ur paper??
    attempted full??
    Paper 1 did well..
Paper 2 I had some recalling problems. Mind was very cluttered.

But nevertheless, this optional is the best. Can't expect more straightforward than this. Those who prepared well will easily get 300+
i 2 faced the same problem I am not able to recall many of the even simplest points its cost me heavily :(
