List of Supreme Court Landmark Judgements & Case Laws

Hi Everyone,

I would like to know if there is any PDF or Book which discusses the set of Supreme Court Case Laws & Landmark Judgements such as the Judgements on Constitution Interpretation leading to Basic Structure Doctrine ?
And also the list of Parliamentary Enactments to Override or Support such Judgements?

I could not find any other thread regarding this issue. Please help.

  • Out of context but guys please clear my this doubt that if a bill is passed by Parliament by special majority and send to president for his assent and he sends it back to parliament for reconsideration (Using Suspensive Veto) then for passing the bill again does it requires Special majority or Simple Majority in parliament?
