I'll suggest join any one of the classes. The paper demands that you should've reflected on each topic deeply. It is difficult to do so if one relies solely on notes.

Attending classes makes it possible for one to think on each issue which helps in exam

This paper checks your minds thinking style, something like apposite parties do before marriage match making.
One big wrong move and you are doomed, most of the time. To understand the circumferences of this big , time saving method is to take help from some experienced mind. And the concept of free lunch does not exist,in real....understand line of thinking that upsc (say apposite gender) likes.... Because here only upsc has right to reject

Be cautious , if you decide to choose any "shadi.com", even in them not many know what is needed....
  • Upsc is very edgy and tries to take too much extra care, before it accepts marriage proposals (name in list). Because after marriage upsc's background does not allow for divorce (job security of IAS)(leave the exception cases).... So, in this process some very good groom/bride are rejected as collateral damage, may be because of kismat or a little under preparedness or over nervousness of upsc.....or etc.
This what makes upsc looks like " unpredictable psc"
