Suggestions regarding note making of gs and optional subject....

1. Hey all, how to make notes of the optional and gs. I seem to have found the right sources for the gs mains papers and for the optional but i am not able to start the note making. Could anyone please help me with this.... Everytime, i sit to start note making, it seems that it would take months altogether and hence, i leave the note making part. So, i have not been able to begin the note making due to this inertia.
My sources are very concise and precise and i ave done sufficient no. of test series and answer writing, but still, I am not able to make notes.

Also, considering the vast syllabus, and so less time, how much time would it take ideally to make notes of the entire gs mains and optional. Would the time get reduced if i make notes online as compared to pen and paper notes.

2. Also, in last mains exam, after coming from the prelims exam, i just spent too much time in completing the newspapers of the past 2 months backlog caused due to prelims preparation and hence, could anyone please suggest as to how to cover the backlog of 2 months of newspapers right after the prelims exam gets over.

Thanks a ton!!!
