  • Achilles Bhai..woh last quest sec a main kya Likha, without deeply entrenched values, law and democracy can't function..humne toh yeh example Likha..value of dignity, respect for women and practice of dowry..attitude against dowry is not deeply entrenched. That's why inspite of having law, practice still continues..Law, democratic ideals is not able to stop it as values are not deeply entrenched..

    Ethics and values are foundation of society.Without it nothing can succeed be it law politics economics. Because it protects against self interest .

    Law : without ethics no law can b enforced.
    Many laws but corruption exist. Society doesnt follow law bcz lack of values eg trafgic rules bcz lack of disciplinr.

    Democratic gov : corruption ..politisisation ,black money etc fails democracy ...electoral malpractices..etc

    Economics : profiteering , exploitation of environment , scandals eg satyam bcz if lack of values

    Conclusion : anysystem is as good as people who manage.Values determine goodness in humans.Need to inculcate values etc

  • Please review...Answer for case study of RTI....

    First I told asking reasons but denied this
    Second asking identity but denied
    Third increase of fee but denied

    Then solution...

    Upload most of the info on website,

    Single person application to be keep on hold to one month limit so similar application and same info in one answer would be provided 

    Thirdly people who are asking money, would recommend legal action against them,

    Fourth reasonable application would be entertained and will ask people to provide reasons if voluntarily one wants to provide and m sure genuine applicant would have no problem in that

    Fifth, keeping record of all application and info provided and same person asking same info would be rejected...
  • In road accident, dilemmas with the manager of A company were.....

    1 To be silent or to be truthful
    2 To support the manager or to support the right
    3 Staying silent would let me live peacefully ?
    4 JUSTICE with the biker is not a thing ??
    5 What if later any other evidence like cctv etc and I seem a criminal support...
    6 I should be with my company interest or with humanity ...
    7 Also I know he was driving fast and breached the rule, should I still stay silent ?
  • I told the reasons of building collapse...

    Greed of the builder,

    Profit seems more important than life of people,

    Flaws in regular inspection,

    Compromise of people who buys the flat,

    Quality of the material is missed for more profits,

    Workers work with contractor and no job without him so they don't even oppose if any wrong happens,

    Mostly died people from far village and back to home after tragedy and not able to follow up the legal course , also poor to pay the lawyers,

    Slow action of law and very little time, one builder gets convicted and punished...
