Temperate Coniferous or Temperate Deciduous?

Which of the above forest types have highest area coverage in the world?

Can anybody give me a reliable source?

  • Deciduous obviously out of the given two
  • @aspiring_me Can you give me a source
  • @aspiring_me Can you give me a source

basic understanding says this ..u may read ncert and leong and can come to this conclusion.. when u think of temperate region u would thing the region to be u will think if it is cold conifers should be more but at the same time it is to be known that the density of coniferous forest is less than desiduous which is less than evergreen... and as you know from tropic to sub tropic to temperate evrgreen decreases and deciduous increases hence the conclusion...
in case i am wrong do let me know
