Please recommend a sleeping pill

Can anyone advise me on a good sleeping pill ? My schedule is a little upside down, and its getting very tough. Please suggest some preferably along with any side-effects or any other useful info. Thanks

Hey... In case you are open to try things other than sleeping pills... When I cant sleep, I search for a video on youtube with 'Om' chanting of low frequencies(~432Hz etc)... I play it using earphones, at loud enough volume so that I cant hear anything else... It somehow puts me to sleep in about 5-10mins... do try and see if it works...
P.S. play the ones 3 or 4 hours long...
And those where its just one person chanting as opposed to chorus, though you can try to see which one works better for you...

try karke dekho, fark padta hai...
Lower frequencies make us feel calm, higher frequencies make us feel energetic...
Isiliye party songs high pitch and shouting etc type hote hain... And we feel like dancing...
And romantic songs or sad songs, low, peaceful se hote hain... sadness mein aur zyada low freq pe chale jate hain...
This is the basis behind composing music... I have tried it sometimes on a piano...
    .
I think its related to vibration of molecules etc... Higher frequency, higher energy... (E=hv)

  • If you can take a break then go to a hill station. Mcleodganj is very cheap. Because of high magnetic field on those mountains you'll sleep like a baby. I have me deepest sleep there only. Hotels are cheap there like 300-400 only. Food is also cheap. Stay there for a week. You'll thank me.
