How To BuRn Depression.....

What to do what not to do.......
Always listen to ur heart.
Human nature cant accept failures. I can't accept failure as it hurts, hurts a lot.
plz dont think of others how they will perform, invest time in urself......u r unique........
Also dont seek for sensual pleasures,they will burn you.
Dont predict ur future,work hard as u can.
Also dont compare urself with others, let them do what they r doing. Concentrate urself and the work u r doing.
Dont always plan. Plan but basic motto should be to successfully execute ur plan.
Plz listen one of the most important point is that is do not link ur family while studying. This will divert ur mind as making ur emotions connected with the job.
Try to separate emotions and ur work.

    Take Himalaya's Ashwagandha..it really helps to cope up with depression.

  • There is a yoga practice where you literally sit everyday for 20 minutes and burn your depression in fire ( mentally ofcourse ).
    doing it regularly for 21 days will completely eliminate the depression along with the sources from where its coming.
    I cant recall the exact name of the practice but you can do google.
