Errors in Laxmikanth

since most of us use it as a Bible and that too different editions, it would help us all to find out the errors in the book (veterans claim there are many errors).

1.I read somewhere that the Committee on Public Undertakings can be chaired by any non-minister member of Parliament (either LS or RS) but laxmikanth says it can be chaired only by a LS non minister member nominated by speaker.

you guys can add to this list and help us all out.
