Section 66A of IT Act 2000. why are arrests being made under that repealed section.

Hi guys,
so my question is Section 66A of the IT act was repealedby supreme court in 2015 march right.
even then if u just search for "section 66A IT" in google news, we see a number of people getting arrested under it. including the man who yesterday (24/3/2017) posted some content about yogi Adityanath. several other arrests to! for example, see this google search:
https://www.google.co.in/webhp?sourceid=chrome-instant&ion=1&espv=2&ie=UTF-8#q=section+66a&tbm=nws&*
so what is happening here? any comments/help by people who understand this issue is hugely appreciated!
Thanks!
