DOUBT REGARDING MERIT LIST 2015

Was going through marklist of Selected candidates of 2015 and i found a strange anomaly.
Even though the cut off for General Category in Mains was 676, there are General category candidates who have qualified with lesser marks!!!!!
Similarly in final merit list, cut off for General is 877. But Rank corresponding to 877 marks is 593.
There are Gen category candidates below this Rank too with marks less then 877!!!!!
How is this possible??
Experienced ppl pls help
Attaching few sample marksheets

PS- Marks not directly taken from UPSC website
