Mail received from UPSC asking to carry affidavit for mismatch of Father's name!

People who have received similar emails please help with the format of the affidavit and where to get it from in Delhi

Comments

  • There is no standard format.
Just get the affidavit from the district collectorate office(don't know exact address of office in delhi)
The content of affidavit should mention the correct name of father, explaining the reason for mismatch and prepare affidavit preferably on 100rs stamp paper also get it notarised.
  • Even I got it..What to do?
    plz suggest

mere notary ne bola content lao khud :p
it will matter in the end...definitely..
  • Go to some local court and catch a lawyer. It'll probably cost you Rs. 100 in total or maybe a little extra.
Dead and departed general caste player. RIP.
