    their are 4 subjects in SSC exams
    1. General English
    2. General Awareness
    3. Quantitative Aptitude
    4. Reasoning

    For English preparation

    Books suggested
    1.Quick learning Objective General English by RS Aggarwal & Vikas Aggarwal
    2.Objective General English by S P Bakshi

    For general awreness

    Books suggested
    1.Lucent’s general knowledge
    2.Objective Computer Knowledge & Literacy by Kiran Publication

    For Quantitative Aptitude

    Books suggested
    1.Fast track by Rajesh Verma (Arihant publications)
    2. Quantitative aptitude by R S Aggarwal.

    For Reasoning Ability

    Books suggested
    1.Objective general English by S P Bakshi
    2. Mirror of Common Error, & Wren and Martin.

    Their are some steps you can follow for your preparation:

    1. you should go through the complete syllabus.
    2. you should be updated of the latest pattern.
    3. prepare your own notes
    4. Be focused on “Time Management 
    5. Solve previous year question paper as many as you can.

  • Apart from above books, be sure to solve mocks within a set time limit, because in SSC, ultimately speed matters more than accuracy.
