[Help] Need Guidance on Non Creamy layer certificate.

My father works in PSU as a coal mine worker. His salary is more than 6 laks per annum. My mother primary teacher in government school. Her income is near about 4.5 lakhs per annum.

Am i eligible to get Non Creamy layer certificate?

Non creamy layer status depends on your parents’ income and property.
It doesn’t depend on your income/property
It doesn’t depend on your husband/wife’s income/property.
