Thank you for your tremendous response, to the revision classes for Prelims 2017being conducted in New Delhi. Based on your requests and suggestions, we have come up with new classes as per below schedule
(1)Art & Culture Revision ( REPEAT ) - May 27th & 28th, (2) Modern History ( REPEAT ) - May 30th (3) Govt Schemes + Allied Issues - May 31st (4) Environment & Ecology - Friday, June 2

    2. 9800cr rupees ka jo dividend railway government ko deti hai wo bach jayega railway ka.
    3. Populist policy like new rail announcement nahi hoga.
    4. Railway ka budget ab defense budget se kam hai (2.2 lakh cr vs 2.8 lakh cr )

    Cons-
    1. Railway will become another government department in the LPG era.
    2. It will hamper railways capacity to raise revenue.

    dekho ab railway is just like a govt ministry suppose MoPNG type
    bow MoPNG owns ONGC OIL IOCL railway owns IRCON, IRCTC etc.
    ONGC pays dividend to govt by same logic even they should pay .
    But railway says no they need money 4 capital expenditure .
