What facilities an IES gets

hi All ,
Can anyone elaborate on the kind of facilities that an IES gets like government vehicle , medical allowance for parents etc.
what is the cadre system eg- posting at a state just like ias ips?

it would be really helpful.

    Allowances as applicable as for other Central GroupA Services.
    Govt vehicle is given for official purposes in field postings . At HQ posting , there is no need for govt vehicle.
    Accomodation Availability varies across Services . Some have their own dedicated colonies so getting acco is easier , while in others, accomodation is subject to vacancy in Central govt residential quarters.
    No Cadre system , postings as in other groupA services
