Does anybody have Pawan sir's public administration Paper-2 online recorded classes of this year or previous year? I am willing to pay for the classes as well. Would be great if willing to share.

Yes. But i am having trouble in following the first 3 chapters i.e evolution of pub admn due to the confusing and difficult vocab. If anyone can suggest any videos for it, that would help me a lot.
  • Yes. The ones you mentioned. I will try doing what you've suggested. Thank you.
