Co-founders for a new Socio-Political Social Network

I have an idea of a socio-political social network, and created a basic website with a friend last year (will PM the link).

I have given the exam twice and am looking for an exit option now. So, is any (senior) interested in taking the idea forward with me?

I need those who can code (python) and design (javascript, css).

The idea is to create a social platform where people can raise social, economic and political issues at different levels (union, state and local) and discuss them (example, people of delhi can debate/discuss imposition of pollution tax on vehicles -- besides the Supreme Court imposed cess :P ). Eventually they can also run campaigns and support NGOs. (it will have elements of change.org, mygov.in and other new features).
