Emergency provisions

Suppose Emergency proclaim on 1st January,2015 by cabinet in written communication to President.

Now after that president proclaim emergency on 5th January,2015.

Parliament have to approve in 1 month of the proclamation.

I have question that in particular of that month Emergency will continue or after that approval it will be start ?

Now suppose that emergency is approve for 6 month and after that it again have to approve by the parliament, Let say in between that parliament in dissolved and as per rule emergency is cease to operate after July month.

Now I have question that is it emergency is continue till the next session of parliament of it will again start for 1 month after new session start ?

Please make your valuable answer here…..quite confuse on the words written in book.
