Candidates Login (DoPT site)- misplaced letter containing username and password?

I lost my letter containing username and password for registration on DoPT site. Any solution please?

    password-if you have changed it then, probably u 'ii be remembering otherwise i have no idea.

  • not upsc....DOPT is the dept which gave the letter...
    better to contact DOPT...

  • Hi parraysa ...Same case here ...you can try this......on Candidate login you will find a "Cannot access you account? " link....click on it...the new window will ask u for your details - your username is CSE2012_rollno ...and fill up other details...unfortunately the link is not working.
    I have decided to call DOPT on monday .

  • I don't think you would have to visit DOPT in person, but they might not give you password over the phone...
    But i think they would be willing to send you the letter again if you explain your predicament...
