    Atleast this can be done,
    1. Go through all the maps of Geography NCERTs from 6-12th. Rivers and Tributaries will surely be done with that.
    2. Atlas, Orient Blackswan on Page 19, there is this map, "India Physiographic Divisions and River Basins.
    3. You can search for Google Images of "Imporant Rivers of World/Asia/Europe and prepare 10 mins on each.
    4. For Protected Areas, in case you have done/doing Vision or Insights for Current events then try to locate and focus which are in news in Environment section, any new park, any park which got affected due to calamity or highways etc.
    5. Again Atlas has a map section for them. Going through them region/state wise on daily basis is the trick.

Map work is sure shot way to secure 1-2 question but it does have a short cut.

Same you can do for studying region wise, important countries, their capitals and esp places which are in news.
    Hope his answers.
  • Thanks @policyguy actually someone said vajiram provides such lists. So if any vaji guy could upload the same here?
  • If any vaji student could upload or any other institute's student could upload , it would be great.
