ontology and teleology

Can anybody explain illustrate the terms ontology ad teleology

Comments

  • Ontology:
It is concerned with fundamental questions like the nature of being or reality.
    Example: Who am I ?

    Teloology:
It is concerned with study of purpose. What is the purpose of my living, what is the purpose of God etc are Telological question whereas "what is God" will be an ontological question as Ontology is primarily concened with "What" question.
One day, perhaps, love may die of disuse, left to rust in wind and weather.

God is generator operator destroyer of this universe.
Is this both ontological aswell teleological?
