  • Best for Pub Ad is Vajiram Notes - Rajesh Sir.

Even @doodlebean ma'am has recommended it - who is known to be a good mentor for Pub Ad.

If you want a secondary notes then you can go for Pavan Kumar too. Arpit Sagar as recommended it very much -

Vajiram notes are more clear and written for beginner's point of view. Specially Paper 2 is great. It is basic notes.

    Vajiram Pub Ad Notes -

Ashutosh Pandey of GS Score is also catching up these days. Have heard good review about him. I saw his video but found lot of gas in it. But I have heard that his notes are good.

Most of the times, the youngest faculty has recently passed the exam , so he is most acquainted with latest development and has the best notes.

You can get all public administration notes here if you are not from Delhi
