  • Mistral waala bhi galat hai ..

Mistral blows from the Alps towards south in France .. Rhine valley lies north of Alps in Germany..

They should have given "Rhone Valley" as the option instead ..

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mistral_(wind)

Just see the wiki link .. search Rhone (11 mentions) .. search Rhine (0 mentions).

@Pagalmadmax @Geog waali junta, can you please opine?

contempt of court is there mentioned in constitution and i think that line is exactly picked up from laxmikant, and constitution also allows courts to "exercise power for punishment for contempt" of court. In my opinion - the solution is correct.

    see the two articles -

    Article 129 - http://indiankanoon.org/doc/927019/

    Article 215 - http://indiankanoon.org/doc/207538/

    not sure beyond that.

This is right because the question says private property instead of public property

Defining and Mentioning are very different things. Check the answer key, the answer key mentions the Acts and not the Constitutional Articles,

    Someone please clarify!

Bhai LAF is Repo+Reverse Repo only quite basic banking question this!MSF is simply an emergency avenue for funds when the LAF window is exhausted. MSF rate is sometimes called as penal rate because it is Repo+1%.

History will be kind to me for I intend to write it.

  • Not satisfied with mock test, seems solution is prepared by fledglings.

    1. Mistral blows in Rhone valley not in Rhine valley. As mistral blows down to the valley south to Alps and Rhine flows northward.https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mistral_(wind)

    2. Ice formation increases salinity. http://oceanservice.noaa.gov/education/tutorial_currents/05conveyor1.html

3.DBT help in reducing fiscal deficit. Even solution accept this but in long term.

4.GST will bring inflation down by removing the cascading effect of taxes. http://www.livemint.com/Money/ZBV1v5fDFpLM6RlXil8giO/Will-GST-make-things-costlier-or-cheaper.html

    5. Air mass is formed in stable conditions. No convergence but may be divergence to keep air mass confined but large scale divegence(due to sinking air) is not conducive.

However, some questions are really good. I appreciate their efforts.

I got this question wrong maybe.

But usually monetary Policy report only changes repo rate and the whole range shifts along with that. But there are times when this band is increased like in july 2013. MSF rate was increased from existing repo rate +1% to repo rate +3%. The LAF was adjusted by changnging the MSF.

So, the asnwer should be B. IMO
