Candidates at the Age 30+ for UPSC preparation

Do we have people here who are at the age 30+ and preparing for UPSC exam?

Comments

Many. But People who are 30+ and are still preparing are doing that for long time. Means most of them would be in 5-6th attempt. And majority of them would be in job.

However the addiction of civil services or fear of other jobs (starting as fresher)have lead many veterans to organize for more attempts and age relaxation.

So if your 30+ and want to start preparing for civil services do it along with your present job. The competition is intense and risk for 30+ guy/girl is simply huge and odds are also not in favour.

PS: I am 29 gave 3rd attempt with job.
  • bro 31 here...still fighting...
    Down-yes Out-No

    कोशिश करने वालों की कभी हार नहीं होती।
  • 29. 4th attempt....hoping 4 the final this year
  • 31+ still fighting
  • Age is just a number.
  • Age is a matter of mind over matter. If you do not mind it does not matter :)
