What are the four Premier Nuclear clubs India wants the membership of?

India wants the membership of all 4 nuclear clubs, out of which it has been excluded because it is not a signatory of NPT. What are those 4 nuclear clubs? Indian PM staked a claim to it at the Seoul Nuclear Security Summit 2012 on ground that India has a very clean record of non-proliferation. It does not want to sign the NPT as a matter of principle to retain its sovereignty.
