Geography Optional: Whose Notes are best- Neetu Singh/Alok Ranjan/Shabbir Sir

Hello friends,
I live in a remote City of Maharashtra Distt. Books availabilty for UPSC preparation is very rare. Though I have arranged many books for Geography Optional, yet not able to get the clear Idea about Coaching notes of Neetu Singh/Alok Ranjan/Shabbir Sir. Kindly suggest me whose notes are the best, so that I can arrange them from Delhi. Also suggest hand written notes are preferable or printed one ? What to buy ?

  • I think you can read from both neetu mam's and alok sir's notes . Keep neetu's as base and substantiate it with alok ranjans
    ·
  • Any Idea about GS Notes?
    ·
  • is shabbir sir notes better than nitu singh for optional geography ??
    ·
  • pls help me in clearing my doubt..whose notes are good ??
    ·
  • Yes Shabbir sir's notes are better than neetu Singh. But some topics which are not there in standard reference books or Shabbir sir's notes can be found in neetu Singh notes. However neetu Singh notes covers geography optional thoroughly.
    ·
  • i have taken coaching from neetu singh...
Human geography part is good in neetu singh notes...
over all shabbir sir covers 130% of the requirement and neetu singh covers only 70%... and she uses tough language in notes just like language in standard text books, but shabbir sir uses easy language..
my opinion is you take both notes and while studying see that topic in both notes and which ever you feel easy to study, go with it, and as i said neetu sing covers only 70%, so you can cover the remaining part from shabbir sir....
if you don't like my opinion then GO WITH SHABBIR SIR'S NOTES alone
